I'm supposed to update my blog. My version of updating my blog is waiting until the day its due and then writing my three blogs that day like right now, if you haven't noticed the last three blogs have been within minuets of each other. Football has been taking up some time and so has driving, i guess that isn't really a good excuse to be using. I really need to get back on task with my school work. I need to focus on the right things right now.

ONE MORE DAY! That's all i need to get through until winter break...oh wait...i have a bunch of tests, and i have to go to weightlifting on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Both weeks off. I guess it isn't that bad though considering it is only and hour and a half. I still can't wait any longer for this vacation!!!

Weightlifting
So currently in football we are weightlifting and conditioning for the upcoming year. For the past week of weightlifting we have been maxing out, basically means you do as much weight as you possibly can but only for one rep. I haven't been to pleased with most of my Max outs because i feel like i should be doing more. On the other hand, today we dead lifted witch is squatting down and lifting the bar up to you knees while standing straight up, and keeping your back straight the whole time. I managed to max out at 300 pounds for dead lifting which i feel is a great accomplishment for me.

Dear Friends.
Highschool is supposed to be the greatest part of your life. All my freshman year has been is homework, a few good moments, and 2 parties. It needs to improve somewhat so anyone of my friends feel free to have a party sometime soon because both of those other parties were at my house, and were for the football team. So someone needs to have an amazing party and make some good highschool memories with me!

Here we go again.
So football season for LC ended for the freshman team on October 15. Now it has started again untill next october witch is not for another 10 month's. It's not that bad but its going to be alot of dedication and comitment to Lake Central Football. Maybe ill get in better shape so i guess that the coaches do this for the better of the team and for the better of its players. I can't wait for us to have another amazing season and to make our school proud!

I can't believe it! My finger is finally almost healed! i haven't been able to play piano, drums, football, basketball, or many other things either, because of my stitches. The stitches are finally out and the wound is healing really fast. I can not wait until i can do all of those fun activities again and hang out with all of my friends!

My middle finger.
So i went to my friends house with Mike Scott (my other friend) to hang out and watch movies. The night was pretty awesome...most of the time. Everything was going great and then we got home, my friend Mike had the truck door open so i decided to lock the door because it was almost midnight. What i didn't know was he was going to slam the door shut at the exact same time. Therefor he slammed my hand into the all metal door of my brothers 1980's dodge ram. I didn't think it was that bad...until i got inside and there was blood everywhere. My mom rushed me to the ER, i ended up staying there from 12a.m.-6a.m. to get it cleaned, inspected, and to get 6 stitches in my middle finger of my left hand. Luckily the doctor said i didn't cut the Tendon, but i was very close to it. Well, that was my Friday night/Saturday morning.

So Close...
So last night was the Freshman Football game against Valp. If we won we could have been the DAC champions! Sadly we lost. It was a very close game and probly the greatest and most exciting game that i have ever played. I wish we would of won, in fact i thought we had it when there was only 30 seconds left in the game and we were up 16-14. We were 30 seconds away from winning and our defense had stopped them most of the time. When there was only 7.8 seconds left in the game Valpo decided to go for a field goal on the 37 yard line. Sadly they mad it and we only hadd 2.6 seconds left to get an 80 yard touchdown with didnt work well for us. In the end we loss and gave up the DAC championship to Crown Points freshman team. No matter what i'm proud to say i am an Indian football player and plan to be for the next 3 years of my life.

Victory (Descriptive)
It was about an hour drive to Valpo from Dyer. It was about 40 degrees and there was wind. When I first got there it I walked to the gait and bought my ticket. I walked into the Vikings stadium and the bleachers were tall and a silver color. I sat there with my friends, waiting for the game to start, talking about what the outcome of the game would be. It was an amazing game. Both team's fans were cheering loudly and banging on the bleachers loudly shouting "Defense!" and yelling at the Valpo referees. The cold wind didn't make it anymore exciting, the Vikings wanted to win the game more than ever because it was there coaches last game after 30 years of coaching the Vikings football team. The game was a very close and bone-chilling. The Vikings played a great game, but in the end ,of the hard fought game, the Indians came out victorious once again.

LC Freshman Football!
So last week we beat Mererville's Freshman team for our 7th win. Its been a great year for the team and we have been doing extremely well, we like a team and we play like one too. We are 7-1 and are one win away from being the freshman DAC champions! On thursday we take on The Valpo Vikings! They are one of the better teams in the Dunland Athletic Conference, so it should be a very interesting and close game. No matter how good they are the team will to everything in its power to make sure we win. I can't wait for the game, it's going to be our best one yet!
